What to expect

  • We bring bookish magic to a variety of events, including birthday parties, baby showers, bachelorette parties, weddings, corporate gatherings, book clubs, girls’ nights, graduations, open houses and more. If you can imagine it, we can make it a literary celebration!

  • Our standard private events or pop ups are two hours, which gives plenty of time for browsing, shopping, and enjoying the Bookish Bliss experience.

  • Our booking fee is $300 for a two-hour event or pop-up. In addition, there is a $300 minimum purchase requirement for your guests. If your event is not expected to generate at least $300 in sales, you will be responsible for covering the difference between actual sales and the $300 minimum.  

  • Each event includes the full mobile bookstore setup including: a variety of new and used books for all ages, bookish decor, and a friendly Bookish Bliss teammember to assist your guests. Special touches such as happy birthday banners, balloons or small goody bags may also be included depending on the event.

  • Yes! We can enhance your event with themed decor, a selection of specifically themed books or merchandise, and other customizable touches. Contact us to discuss which add-ons might be the perfect fit for your event.

  • We are based in Raymond, NH, and travel throughout New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and Maine. If you’re outside these areas, reach out; we love to explore new communities when possible!

  • Simply click our Inquire Today! button which will direct you to our Event/Pop Up Inquiry form. Once submitted, we’ll review your request and respond within 1–2 business days to confirm details and availability.

  • Our mobile bookstore is perfect for small to medium gatherings, generally up to 50 guests, but larger events may be accommodated with advance planning.

  • We typically require 30–45 minutes for setup and about 15–30 minutes for teardown. This ensures your event starts smoothly and your guests can enjoy the full experience.

  • If your event is scheduled outdoors and it rains, we will need to cancel and reschedule for another day. This ensures that your Bookish Bliss experience is safe, enjoyable, and as magical as possible.
